Meat Pie Snacks.

Meat Pie is a form of Snack that is good and healthy. Its made up of the Dough and the Fillings. The Dough is made up of Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Butter, Eggs, Water, Nutmeg and Salt. The Fillings is made up of Potatoes, Carrot, Oil, Thyme, Eggs, Minced Meat, onion and Water. The dough is used to enclosed the fillings to be baked in an oven. A fully ready Meat Pie is good with Soda or Water for Lunch. Almost every important food substances are present in Meat Pie.

Moi Moi

Moi Moi is prepared from beans. The beans is soaked in water, peal off the back and blend it with pepper, onion, and tomatoes. The blended beans is cooked in leaf,aluminium foil or polythene bags. Eggs, liver and prawn is added to make it nourishing before cooking. The cooked Moi Moi can be eaten raw or eaten with Bread, Gari (Cassava flakes), rice etc. This food is great for lunch and easily prepared within a short time.

Fried Ripe Plantain and Beans


Fried ripe plantain and beans is a food everyone will like for lunch. The plantain must be ripe and sliced with a little salt added, this is fried in vegetable oil until its done. The beans which is a good source of protein is cooked with prawn, fish and palm oil until its so soft. The ingredients added varies depending on your taste. The combination of fried plantain and beans is so delicious and add so much nutrients to the body. The beans can also go with cassava flakes in water. The fried plantain is equally good with rice or with fried egg.
